Directions:	The Club races at Manawatu Raceway which is located on Pioneer Highway on the outskirts of Palmerston North heading west. The greyhound track is situated on the inside of a harness racing track as the venue is shared with the Manawatu Harness Racing Club. The office block is adjacent to the grandstand on the track complex with the kennel block located underneath the grandstand.
Track Description:	The 610-metre, roomy one-turn track is cambered and boasts transitional bends which provide an ideal platform for strong greyhounds. The locally-sourced sand-and-loam surface further enhances the safety of the canine athletes.
Race Days:	The Club will race on 52 occasions during the 2008/2009 racing season.
Nominations:	These close with GRNZ as per the Association's official, published scheduled.
Kenneling Times:	Kennelling commences two hours prior to the official start time of the first race on the day's program. Kennelling times for individual races may vary. Please contact the Club if further information is required.
Track Distances:	375 metres, 457 metres and 766 metres.
Trial Information:	Trials are conducted on Thursdays and Saturdays commencing at 1pm on both days.
Catering:	Full catering and bar facilities are available in the grandstand.
Feature Races:	Group One Nancy Cobain Memorial over 766 metres (heats 22 October 2008, final 27 October 2008). Group Two North Island Challenge Stakes over 457 metres (heats 1 December 2008, final 10 December 2008). Wizard Home Loans Manawatu Cup over 457 metres (heats 6 July 2009, final 13 July 2009).
